Board Update

At the Federation’s June 10 meeting, the Board heard and approved a request for support for a liquor license at 200 Grand Ave, the Marriott Residence Inn. The Board also heard a request for support for a 3.5 foot variance to a front yard setback at 770 Foster Street. The variance would allow for an additional off-street parking stall behind the proposed new-construction house. The request for support was approved after discussion. It is planned that the property would become a sober house.
