Admission is $6 for ages 13 and older, $4 for ages 6-12, and free for age 5 and younger. landmarkcenter.org
This year’s festival will explore the tradition of Carnival, the seasonal ritual symbolizing the victory of light over darkness. According to tradition, participants wear masks, celebrating the imminent end of the winter and the coming of spring. Guests will learn and experience some of the Balkan Carnival traditions through cultural presentations and go home with their own carnival masks.
Ethnic Dance will perform dances from Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, North Macedonia, and Serbia, with several chances to join on-stage for some simple traditional dances.

Artisans and vendors from local Balkan communities will display their arts and crafts to educate the public about the illustrious ethnic heritage of the region, and demonstrate the many historical and cultural facets of the region. EDT will offer a selection of fantastic food and drink from throughout the Balkan region, with beer, wine, and liquor available for purchase separately.
